DO YOU DISINFECT YOUR VEHICLES?

We have further strengthened and improved the methods we use to clean our vehicles after each rental. We have taken additional measures to clean especially the steering wheel, door handles, gear rod, front panel and other hard surfaces you touch.

DO YOU ALSO CLEAN YOUR OFFICES?

We keep disinfection products available in our offices and vehicle delivery points for the use of you, our precious customers. We regularly disinfect our offices and all administrative buildings with sanitary materials recommended by the relevant authorities.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I WANT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION DUE TO CANCELLED FLIGHTS OR EVENTS?

Pursuant to travel measures taken by the government regarding the pandemic, we refund prepaid reservation fees in full.

DO YOUR OFFICE EMPLOYEES TAKE ANY PRECAUTIONS AGAINST CORONAVIRUS?

Disinfectants are available for the use of our employees in our offices and are regularly used, also the health status of our employees is followed up.

CAN YOU TAKE THE VEHICLE I WANT TO RENT/I RENTED TO MY HOME?

In order to increase the comfort of your rentals, we offer you the opportunity to deliver and return your vehicle at the points you prefer in the city of rental in line with your request.

DO YOUR OFFICES PROVIDE SERVICES?

In this difficult time, everyone is choosing a different way to travel. If you need a rental car, you can be sure that we will welcome you in our offices to be your companion.

I AM SICK/CANNOT LEAVE MY HOME. CAN SOMEONE ELSE RETURN THE VEHICLE TO THE OFFICE ON MY BEHALF?

Someone else can return the vehicle you rented on your behalf during this process. When you submit the name and surname, driver's license age, driver's license duration and driver's license photograph to our offices, the relevant person will be added to your rental agreement as additional driver.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE VEHICLE IS RETURNED TO THE OFFICE BY SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER AND IT IS FOUND THAT THE VEHICLE IS DAMAGED?

When you submit the name and surname, driver's license age, driver's license duration and driver's license photograph to our offices, the relevant person will be added to your rental agreement as additional driver, during this period.

The traffic report or accident minutes will be applicable if it belongs to the person registered in your rental agreement under these conditions. Assurance packages will also be covered specifically for this period.

I AM OVER THE AGE OF 65, CAN I RENT A CAR?

You can rent a car if you have a stamped permit document obtained from the official authorities. If you have a stamped permit document, your car rental period is limited to the duration of your permit document. You have to sign a declaration at our offices pursuant to your permit.

I AM OVER THE AGE OF 65. I RENTED THE VEHICLE BEFORE THE CURFEW DECISION. DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE VEHICLE?

Since you have started to rent the vehicle before the curfew is imposed for individuals over the age of 65, you can return your vehicle to our office on your planned return date. However, if you do not want to use the vehicle, you can contact our offices to organize vehicle return.
