Campaign Conditions
- The campaign is valid for prepaid reservations made between 01.06.2026 – 30.06.2026 and for daily rentals taking place between 01.06.2026 – 30.06.2026.
- The campaign is exclusive to Budget Loyalty customers with a current score of 7, 8, or 9.
- The campaign is only valid for prepaid reservations made via the Budget website (“https://www.budget.com.tr”) and the Budget mobile application (“App”).
- Within the scope of the campaign, a 33% discount will be applied to the list price* across all vehicle groups within the fleet. Discounted rates are calculated based on the relevant vehicle’s list price*. In addition to the 33% discount, one free additional driver is included. (The free additional driver must be registered at the rental counter at the time of pick-up.)
- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation of prepaid reservations, refunds are subject to the applicable rental terms and conditions. Cancellation and refund conditions for prepaid reservations can be accessed at https://www.budget.com.tr/en/general-car-rental-and-assurance-conditions.
- The campaign is valid at Budget Corporate Offices in Turkey and applies to daily passenger vehicle rentals.
- Budget Corporate Offices include Budget locations in Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Eskişehir, Istanbul, Izmir, and Konya, as well as Budget offices located at Bodrum Airport, Dalaman Airport, Ordu-Giresun Airport, Samsun Airport, and Trabzon Airport.
- This campaign cannot be combined with any other ongoing campaign, promotion, offer, or discount. It also cannot be combined with other online payment-specific campaigns or offers.
- The credit card holder must be physically present at the time of rental. Rentals cannot be completed using a credit card belonging to a third party.
- The rental agreement is created at the time of rental and is governed by the laws and regulations of the country in which the rental takes place.
- Budget General Rental Terms and Conditions apply.
- Offers are subject to fleet availability. If the reserved vehicle group is not available, a similar vehicle may be provided. The provision of an equivalent vehicle is at Budget’s discretion.
- The rental and discount rights are non-transferable.
- The total rental fee and deposit are charged at the start of the rental using the credit card of the renter.
- In addition to the rental fee, a deposit is collected from the renter’s personal credit card presented at the Budget office. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle make and model. Accordingly, sufficient credit card limit must be available to cover both the rental fee and deposit.
- The deposit will be refunded to the same credit card after the rental ends, following deductions for any additional services, coverages, missing fuel, damages, fines, or other charges not included in the reservation.
- Installment payments are not available for costs arising from HGS (toll system), traffic fines, or accident/damage cases.
- Any difference in the final invoice amount at the end of the rental will be collected or refunded at the rental location.
- Budget reserves the right to modify campaign terms and conditions or terminate the campaign at any time.
- Due to bank processing times, deposit refunds may take 3–5 business days after the refund transaction to reflect on your credit card.
- Only the vehicle rental fee and one additional driver are included in the campaign. Optional protection packages, additional products or services selected during booking, as well as costs such as HGS, traffic fines, damage, or missing fuel are not included within the campaign.
- During the rental process, a credit check (Findeks score) will be performed, and vehicle delivery will be subject to approval based on the assessment.
- The campaign is valid only for short-term daily rentals and does not apply to long-term rentals.
