• Payment must be made with a credit card belonging to the renter.
• The credit card holder must be present at the time of rental. Rentals cannot be made using another person’s credit card.
• Budget’s general rental conditions apply.
• The offer is subject to fleet availability.

• The right to rent cannot be transferred to another person.
