• When renting with Budget:
  • For rentals up to 3 days, earn 500 miles for all vehicle groups.
  • For rentals of 3+ days from the Economic, Comfort, and Prestige vehicle groups, earn 1,500 miles.
  • For rentals of 3+ days from the Premium vehicle groups, earn 2,500 miles.
• The general rental conditions of Budget apply.
• To earn miles, the primary driver* must present their Miles & Smiles membership number.
• All passengers traveling with Turkish Airlines (THY) can benefit from a 30% discount on car rentals.Only Miles & Smiles members can benefit from the miles advantage.
• The discount will be applied to the list price**.
• The campaign is valid at selected Budget offices. The participating Budget offices are as follows:

• The campaign cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, deal, or promotion.
• Miles may take up to 8 weeks to appear on your statement after the car is returned.
• The campaign is subject to fleet availability. If the requested vehicle is not available, a similar or higher category vehicle may be offered. The substitute vehicle offered will be at Budget’s discretion.
• Cash payments, bank cards, or virtual cards are not accepted.
• The credit card holder must be present during the rental process. Renting with another person’s credit card is not permitted.
• A FINDEKS credit score check will be performed during the rental process.
• Installment options are not available for HGS, traffic fines, accidents/damages, or financial costs.
• The rental agreement will be created at the time of rental and governed by the laws and regulations of the country where the rental occurs.
• A deposit will be charged from the credit card provided by the customer, in addition to the rental cost, based on the brand and model of the rented vehicle. Therefore, the credit card must have sufficient credit to cover the total rental and deposit amount.
• The deposit amount will be refunded to the same card after the rental is completed, minus any additional services, guarantees, missing fuel, damages, fines, etc., as indicated in the reservation.
• Budget reserves the right to change or terminate the campaign terms and conditions.
• The campaign is valid for daily rentals of passenger vehicles.
• The total rental fee and deposit will be charged to the credit card of the person renting the car at the start of the rental.
• According to official regulations, old driver's licenses issued before January 1, 2016, will expire as of 11:59 PM on October 31, 2025. After this date, vehicle rentals cannot be made with licenses deemed invalid. A valid, updated driver's license must be presented to rent.
